Easy HVAC Products works hard to make sure its customers get the lowest prices possible.
To save you money, we have relationships and discounts with multiple freight shipping companies. Since most of our products are large units and must be shipped on pallets with a freight service, we must obtain a freight quote for each individual order based on the unit(s) ordered and the shipping destination.
This means that no orders can be processed completely online. So how do you order our products?
If you’re interested in placing an order, please contact Mandy at firstname.lastname@example.org (our phone is currently having technical difficulties). Provide us with the following information.
- Your name
- Your full shipping address (Street address, city, state, zip code)
- Your email address
- Your phone number (This is the number the freight company will call to set up a delivery appointment.)
- The product(s) you’re interested in purchasing
We will get a personalized freight quote for your order and get back to you as soon as possible with your order total. Once you’re ready to proceed, payment can be processed via a PayPal invoice. We’ll send this invoice to your email address, and you can securely pay through it using either your PayPal account OR with a credit card (even if you don’t have a PayPal account).
After payment is processed, your order will be shipped. Orders typically take no longer than 7 days to arrive after payment is received.
Note that most orders for large units cost at least $150 for shipping.
Pickup at our warehouse is free! If you live near Atlanta, Georgia, we’re located just northeast of the city in a town called Norcross. Pickup appointments are available if you have access to a truck. Please note that an advance order and an appointment are required to pick up any of our products.
